Add customer actions hook and appointment creation functionality

- Implement customer ID assignment in the appointment creation process.
- Create a new partial for customer actions to render appointment links.
- Add localization for the "Add Appointment" label.
- Introduce CustomerActionsHookListener to manage customer actions rendering.
